Summer 2012 Basic classes

Summer Classes
Our summer dance program is a 6 week program that runs from July 9th- August 16th. During the summer students will learn multiple fun combination dances in both Tap and Ballet or Tap and Jazz depending on their age. The summer is a great way to introduce your dancer to the area od dance, whether you are trying dance for the first time or are new to Ms. Melinda's Dance Studio. We welcome all students to join us for the summer.

Tiny Tots
Students will learn a variety of short motion dances, rhythm exercises, balancing exercises and much more. These students will perfom in the spring recital.

 

Basic Dance
Students will learn ballet, tap and or jazz. These students will perform at the spring recital.

 

Specialty Dance Classes
These classes will perform in the spring recital.

 

Competition Teams
Meet once a week for 1.5 hours to 3 hours depending on their age and ability level. These students will learn and perform dances in tap, jazz, Hip Hop and ballet. These students will perform in community shows and 3 competitions and spring recital. (Auditions required)
